These Terms of Use govern your use of the Digital Neon Night Clock mobile application, developed and published by Rihlat Riasah. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Digital Neon Night Clock allows users to browse, download, and save static and Live Wallpapers for personal use on their iOS devices.

You agree to use the App:

• Only for lawful purposes
• In compliance with Apple’s App Store policies
• In accordance with these Terms

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

3. Wallpaper Usage

All wallpapers provided in the App are intended for personal use only.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the wallpapers
• Use the wallpapers for commercial purposes without permission
• Claim ownership of the wallpapers

4. User Content & Photos

The App may allow you to save wallpapers to your Photos app.

Digital Neon Night Clock:

• Does not access your existing photos
• Does not upload or share your content
• Uses Photo Library permissions only to save wallpapers at your request

All saved content is managed by iOS according to Apple’s system rules.

5. Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App at any time to improve functionality or comply with platform requirements. We do not guarantee that all features will always be available.

6. Disclaimer

Digital Neon Night Clock is designed for personalization purposes only, and we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience. The app works within the permissions granted and does not modify system files or settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,the app developer shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

This does not affect rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required to do so by law or App Store policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
